2015 ACM Academy of Country Music Awards

2015 ACM Awards and After Party Tickets are Already for Sale--Right Here, Right Now.

It's only been a few months since the 49th annual Academy of Country Awards, but folks are already looking forward to the 50th ACM award show next year. Perhaps the moment of the night came when George Strait, in the middle of his final concert tour, was given the Entertainer of the Year Award. Now The Cowboy gets to ride off with not only the prestigious trophy, but he also set a record for the largest attendance of a concert ever for the final show of his farewell tour suitably named The Cowboy Rides Away." He packed the billion dollar AT&T stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys, with 105,000 rabid fans and dozens of special guests. Throughout it all, he kept exclaiming, "This is too much fun!" It's been a hell of a year for Strait, and he deserved his accolades. His final show even broke the record set by the Rolling Stones in the Superdome way back in 1981.

The entire awards show was jammed front to back with great musicians, terrific songs and all the excitement you'd expect from a top rate Las Vegas production. Strait shared the stage with other winners, including The Band Perry, who got the coveted Vocal Group of the Year award, Kacey Musgraves, who won Album of the Year for "Same Trailer Different Park" and male and female vocalists of the year Jason Aldean and Miranda Lambert.

You could have been there if you had followed your achy breaky heart and bought ACM award tickets from VIP Concierge. We had 'em for the 49th, and we've got them for the 50th. If you had gone this year, you'd have seen Florida Georgia Line win the Vocal Duo of the Year and Miranda Lambert take the honors for Single Record of the Year with "Mama's Broken Heart." The Song of the Year was "I Drive Your Truck," which was sung by Lee Brice and composed by the team of Jessi Alexander, Connie Harrington and Jimmy Yeary. Justin Moore won the New Artist of the Year award. Taylor Swift showed she's a force to be reckoned with in her appearance in Tim McGraw's video "Highway Don't Care," with Keith Urban. Keith Urban and Miranda Lambert's collaboration on the song "We Were Us" got the coveted Vocal Event of the Year prize.

Now, you might have had a hi-ho time watching the show on the boob tube from the comforts of your friends couch, munching on Texas toast and crying in your beer that you didn't buy tickets, but you can learn from your mistakes. Contact us here at VIP Concierge for the best tickets to the ACM awards. We already have tickets to next year's show, and they're going to go faster than a road runner being chased by a cartoon coyote. There's going to be more stars than at a planetarium.
